Mr. Faisal S. Niaz, Esq. is the sole founder of Niaz Law Group, LLC. Since the establishment of the firm, his focus has been in US Immigration particularly family, business, and asylum based. He has extensive experience in business immigration matters, such as immigrant and on-immigrant petition processing at US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), visa applications at various US Consulates, PERM applications with US Department of Labor. He has successfully represented clients before the Department of Homeland Security, the Asylum office and US Immigration Court under the auspices of US Department of Justice, US Immigration Board of Appeals.
Mr. Niaz received his Bachelors degree from Southern Illinois University and Juris Doctor degree from prominent Michigan State University.He has represented many companies and individuals in the US and internationally. His experience and knowledge of US Immigration Laws has drawn clients from various geographic locations. As successfully done in the past Mr. Niaz continues to dedicate his time, energy and resources to obtain the best favorable results for his clients.
