Faisal S. Niaz

Faisal S. Niaz, Esq. is the sole founder of Niaz Law Group, LLC. Since the establishment of the firm, his focus has been in US Immigration particularly family, business, and asylum based.

He has extensive experience in business immigration matters, such as immigrant and on-immigrant petition processing at US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), visa applications at various US Consulates, PERM applications with US Department of Labor.

He has successfully represented clients before the Department of Homeland Security, the Asylum office and US Immigration Court under the auspices of US Department of Justice, US Immigration Board of Appeals.

Mr. Niaz received his Bachelors degree from Southern Illinois University and Juris Doctor degree from prominent Michigan State University.

He has represented many companies and individuals in the US and internationally. His experience and knowledge of US Immigration Laws has drawn clients from various geographic locations. As successfully done in the past Mr. Niaz continues to dedicate his time, energy and resources to obtain the best favorable results for his clients.

Nejla K. Lane

Ms. Lane was born in Turkey (old Antioch) and raised as a Guest Workers' child in Bavaria-Germany. She graduated from Friedlich-List Schule in Ulm

Germany

with a Business Degree. After completing her Degree in Business she attended Foreign Language School (Inlingua) in Ulm Germany.

After arriving in the US, Ms. Lane attended Texas State University and graduated Cum Laude with majors in Psychology and German. Ms. Lane Participated in the Honor's Program and completed it with an Honor's Thesis Titled: "The Shaping of Human Personality."

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts, Ms. Lane attended Michigan State University--College of Law where she graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree and a concentration in International and Comparative Law. While in Law School, Ms. Lane completed several research papers in the immigration law area; these included the U.S. Patriot Act, the International Human Rights Violations, and the L-Visa, just to mention a few.
